1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RatingsRep ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our Service.

2. Description of Service

RatingsRep is a SAAS tool that aggregates publicly available reviews from various platforms like Google Maps, Facebook, TripAdvisor and Yelp and help collect feedback

3. User Accounts and Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account's confidentiality and all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Buying and Recharging Credits

  • Users can purchase subscription and credits through secure payment methods including Payment Gateway, credit/debit cards
  • Credits are added immediately after payment verification.
  • Credits are non-transferable and can only be used within TrendingContent.
  • Credits can be carried forward. NOTE: Non-used credits expire 12 months after the purchase date.

4.2 Subscription Payments

  • Subscriptions automatically renew (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless canceled prior to renewal.
  • Payment is charged to your selected payment method on the renewal date.
  • Subscription fees are billed through Paddle, our secure payment partner.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support to resolve the issue may result in account suspension.
  • If you dispute a charge mistakenly, please contact our support immediately.
  • All chargeback disputes will be thoroughly reviewed and resolved according to our refund policy and Paddle guidelines.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must comply with conditions stated by our payment processors
  • Refunds for accidental or incorrect charges must be requested within 48 hours of purchase.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure payment details provided are accurate and updated.
  • Report any unauthorized usage of your account promptly
  • Use RatingsRep strictly in line with the intended product goals: aggregating content insights, analyzing trends, and facilitating reviews. Misuse is prohibited.
  • Users must not utilize RatingsRep for illegal purposes or to pursue illegal activities.

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain continuous service availability, but occasional interruptions for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
  • Significant disruptions will be addressed promptly, and affected users may be eligible for refunds under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

9. Termination

  • RatingsRep reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts violating these Terms.
  • Upon termination, users will forfeit unused credits and subscription periods.

10. Limitation of Liability

RatingsRep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage or inability to use the service.

12. Amendments to Terms

  • RatingsRep may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or service notification.
  • Continued use of RatingsRep after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Israel.
